Cossaboom Family YMCA was the site for a fun day of FREE events for those attending the ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!™ annual celebration in Houston, Texas on November 1, 2008. Participants were able to choose from exciting activities including tennis, soccer, baseball, hockey games, salsa dancing, and walking courses. FREE health screenings were also available. Food, live entertainment, including a Mariachi band, and prize drawings and giveaways of health and fitness-related prizes were part of the day’s activities and attractions!
