A fun day of FREE events was enjoyed by those who attended the ¡Vive tu Vida! Get Up! Get Moving!™ kick-off celebration in San Ysidro, California on Saturday, February 24, 2007. Held at La Casita de La Salud, participants were able to choose from great offerings including aerobics and yoga classes, soccer games, martial arts demonstrations, and walking courses. They even had the opportunity to meet and learn from Olympic athletes! Free health screenings were also available. Food, live entertainment, including a DJ, and raffles and giveaways of health and fitness-related prizes, were part of the day’s activities and attractions.
