¡VIVE TU VIDA! – Get Up! Get Moving!™
Mason Park was the site for a fun day of FREE events for those who attended the ¡Vive tu Vida! Get Up! Get Moving!™ annual celebration in Houston, Texas on November 3, 2007. Participants were able to choose from great offerings including soccer, baseball, basketball and hockey games, salsa dancing, and walking courses. Free health screenings were also available. Food, live entertainment, including a Mariachi group, and prize drawings and giveaways of health and fitness-related prizes, were part of the day’s activities and attractions.

About the Houston Hispanic Health Coalition (HHC): The Hispanic Health Coalition is a non-profit organization established in 1996. Operating under a fifteen-member volunteer board, HHC carries out its mission by supporting those core goals and activities determined to be essential to the success and growth of the organization. Their primary mission is to promote the health and well being of Houston's Hispanic and Latino community. We pursue this mission through the assessment of community health and social needs, education and community advocacy on behalf of and with our Hispanic community.
