Ordering

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment can be made using our secure online ordering form, or you may record your credit card information on the printed order form that you can then either fax or mail to us. We also accept checks and money orders in U.S. currency.  

Shipping

Orders are normally processed and shipped in 2-3 business days after payment has been received (approval of your credit card, or receipt of your check in the mail). Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact us to expedite overnight orders using an express carrier.  

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

All sales are final with the following exceptions: If you have received an item you did not order, we will pay the return shipping cost and send the correct item(s), providing the product shows no signs of wear or damage. If an item is damaged during shipment, we will issue a replacement once the damaged item is returned. Backordered items will receive an immediate refund if the order is not completed within 30 days. Backordered items maybe cancelled for a full refund before the order is shipped.
