The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a notice about hundreds of recalled products that may contain contaminated peanuts or peanut ingredients.
So far more than 500 cases of foodborne illness caused by Salmonella Typhimurium have been reported.
You can determine if a product is recalled using the official FDA search tool at the left. Please note that major national brands of jarred peanut butter found in grocery stores are not affected by the recall.
